Yes. We include 12 months of free updates. Need to change your phone number, add a new service, or swap a photo? Just WhatsApp us and we'll update it within 24 hours.
No. It's a one-off payment. Your card is yours. After the first 12 months, hosting renewal is just £12/year if you'd like us to continue hosting it — but there's never a surprise bill.
Most cards are designed and live within 48 hours of receiving your details. NFC cards take a little longer as they need to be printed and posted, usually 3–5 working days.
