3. Use of Services
You agree to provide accurate information for service creation and not to use our services for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final versions of your card/shop before they are published or printed.
4. Payment and Fees
All payments are due at the time of order. Services will only be delivered upon full payment. We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Prices are clearly stated on our order pages and may be subject to change.
5. Turnaround Time
Typical delivery time for digital services is within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and submission of all required content. NFC cards (if purchased) are dispatched within 3–7 working days.
6. Revisions and Edits
Each service includes one (1) round of free revisions. Additional edits beyond this may incur an extra charge.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, we retain the right to use completed designs in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if no work has commenced on your order. If a physical NFC card is defective, we will issue a replacement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any loss of business, reputation, or data due to user misuse or third-party issues.
