Refund Policy

At MCR Spotlight, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital services and products, we have a strict no refund policy once a service has commenced or been delivered.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Custom Digital Business Cards
- WhatsApp Shops Setup
- NFC Cards (digital and physical, once personalization has started)
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- You were charged in error.
- We are unable to deliver the service due to our own technical or operational limitations.
- You cancel before any customization or work has started.
To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us at hello@mcrspotlight.co.uk within 3 days of your purchase. We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days.
⚠️ Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds will not be granted for change of mind, incorrect service selection, or lack of understanding of what was purchased.
