At MCR Spotlight, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital services and products, we have a strict no refund policy once a service has commenced or been delivered.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Custom Digital Business Cards
  • WhatsApp Shops Setup
  • NFC Cards (digital and physical, once personalization has started)

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged in error.
  • We are unable to deliver the service due to our own technical or operational limitations.
  • You cancel before any customization or work has started.

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us at hello@mcrspotlight.co.uk within 3 days of your purchase. We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days.

⚠️ Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds will not be granted for change of mind, incorrect service selection, or lack of understanding of what was purchased.
